This leadership journey, designed as a 7-day immersion, grew out of something very close to my heart — a webinar I was asked to create nearly 10 years ago, back in 2017, for the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4A’s). The 4A’s is a historic organization, founded in 1917, that supports over 600 member agencies across approximately 1,200 offices nationwide, influencing much of the advertising and marketing we see every day.

Back then, I was invited to share my perspective on leadership with an audience deeply rooted in the advertising and marketing world. The content of my original webinar — which was a bit ahead of its time — planted the seeds for this journey. It was a space to explore leadership beyond traditional models, tapping into feminine intelligence and embodied presence.
